Responsibilities As a full‑ or part‑time RBT you work under a trusted BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy services for clients with autism. You tailor your sessions to fit each client’s needs and abilities, support them in gaining new skills and reducing challenging behaviors, and document progress. You also participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and expand your knowledge of ABA therapy.
Qualifications
Current state RBT certification
High‑school degree or equivalent
Ability to work a minimum of 15–20 hours per week
