Compensation:
Starting at $33.00 per hour PLUS Shift and Weekend Differential with our PREMIUM PAY PLAN! Additional Pay based upon experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents.
Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPNs and nursing assistants.
Ensure supervision is in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Advance resident-centered care and promote a home-like environment.
Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited college or university or graduate of an approved RN program.
Current active RN license in this state.
Previous supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care community, or related health care facility; geriatric nursing experience preferred.
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
