Responsibilities As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will visit patients in their homes and provide nursing care under the direction of RNs, following physician orders and state regulations. You will also maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications
Valid state driver’s license.
Automobile liability insurance and seat belt use at all times while driving.
Dependable, well-maintained transportation that works in all weather conditions.
Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of employment.
