What's the Job?
Support contract management teams across various projects and accounts to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Collaborate with account leadership and stakeholders to understand client needs and support strategic objectives.
Assist in the negotiation, drafting, and management of client contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
Identify, elevate, and resolve commercial and contractual risks and issues proactively.
Engage in pre-award sales activities and provide contractual support to facilitate deal shaping and negotiations.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in contract management.
Membership or certification from IACCM or NCMA is a plus.
Ability to work effectively across different cultures and geographies.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building trusted client relationships.
