Responsibilities
Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medication-assisted treatment and drug-free treatment programming.
Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages.
Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings.
Must be available to travel if needed.
Schedule 2-3 weekdays (6:15 am–2:45 pm) with rotating Saturdays (7:15 am–10:00 am).

Pay Rate $30.00
Clearance & Requirements
DCFS clearance required.
Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is a drug-free environment (including THC and/or CBD).
Licensed Practical Nurse registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR (required).
Education and/or Experience At least two years’ experience in a hospital or agency setting (preferred).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR (required).
