Minimum Pay USD $85,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Pay USD $90,000.00/Yr.
Additional Compensation:
Up to 8% annual bonus paid quarterly.

What You’ll Do
Drive a high‑performing leadership and experience expert team of 40+ associates, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration
Deliver world‑class, hands‑on demos of the Meta Quest Collection and Meta Ray‑B·en Display, featuring the latest innovations, highlighting Ray‑B·en Meta Gen 2, Oakley Meta Vanguard, and Oakley Meta HSTN
Own the flagship’s operational success while influencing broader retail strategies for future Meta Lab locations
Serve as the ultimate subject‑matter expert for Meta’s ecosystem, modeling behaviors that elevate the brand and customer trust
Act as a strategic partner to Meta leadership and Channel Partners, providing insights and recommendations that shape next‑generation retail experiences
Lead all aspects of flagship operations: staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and performance management
Drive KPIs for sales, customer satisfaction, and engagement through innovative tactics and team empowerment
Cultivate strong client relationships and champion scalable solutions for multi‑location growth
Coach and develop leaders within your team, ensuring a pipeline of talent for Meta’s retail future
What You’ll Bring Experience and Education
5+ years of senior retail store leadership experience with proven success in building and scaling high‑performing teams
Expertise in delivering premium customer experiences in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, operational excellence, and a passion for innovation
Exceptional communication and coaching skills that inspire and motivate
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through change with confidence and creativity
Skills and Attributes
Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal, and on‑camera
Performance management and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels and independently
Ability to show patience and tact and remain calm under pressure
High level of initiative and self‑motivation with a continued drive to learn
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision making
Flexible availability with the ability to be on‑call as needed
Being bilingual is a plus!
Physical Requirements
Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk, and bend over; repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Continuous hand‑eye coordination and fine manipulation
Important Information The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
