Seeking Full‑Time and Part‑Time AM Shift Direct Support Professionals Salary: From $17.81 per hour Plus: PM/NOC/weekend shift differentials + OT eligible + shift pick up eligible with additional $10–$12/hour bonus Hope Residence offers a higher wage to those on the Nursing Assistant Registry. This experience will help you in this position and allows you maintain certification on the Minnesota Registry.

Responsibilities:
Provides direct care to persons-served
Monitors and maintains safety and health of individuals
Interacts with individuals receiving services
Maintains home and needs of client by assisting them with Activities of Daily Living
De‑escalate interfering behavior
Participates in activities and social experiences within the community with individuals
Shares behavioral, health, and program concerns with supervisor
Support personal hygiene and grooming, including bathing and toileting
Hope Residence offers a higher wage to those on the Nursing Assistant Registry. This experience will help you in this position and allows you maintain certification on the Minnesota Registry.
