Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Position at Genesis HealthCare
Base Pay Range $29.00/hr – $35.00/hr

Location Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan.
Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
Qualifications
Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
Currently licensed by the PA State Board of Nursing.
Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
Current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
