Overview Symbria is seeking a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our employee‑owned team serving St Elizabeth in a skilled nursing facility role in Janesville, WI. Responsibilities As a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants

Valid state license

Ability to work flexible hours and weekends

Experience in acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation is a plus but not required
