Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product strategy for TikTok Creator & Ecosystem, including identifying key market opportunities, setting product roadmaps, and delivering against ambitious revenue targets.

Serve as product manager for TikTok Creator Marketing and Creator Monetization products, owning strategy and roadmap, prioritizing, aligning, and delivering clear product goals and success metrics.

Develop an in-depth understanding of demand (advertiser) and supply (creator), identify and execute product improvements to drive adoption and retention from both sides.

Drive execution by working directly with engineering, design, QA, data science, operations, marketing, sales, and other cross‑functional teams.

Educate and influence internal leadership and external stakeholders on TikTok’s ads creative and creator ecosystem strategy.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of product management experience, preferably building products/tools related to advertising.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers, including experience with creative development, media buying, and ad optimization.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, working effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.

Experience with multi‑project management and execution in a cross‑functional environment.

Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills in a global role.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, clearly articulating complex product concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Self‑starter who can manage large cross‑functional stakeholders in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Both language skill sets are required to support clients in APAC and to communicate with stakeholders.

Job Information Compensation is annual. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is between $149,040 and $311,600. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. Base pay is part of the total package, which may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) savings plan with company match; paid parental leave; short‑term and long‑term disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays per year; 10 paid sick days per year; and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The company reserves the right to modify or change benefits at any time.
