Program Manager Trace Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support, manage, and oversee the 61 CS BOS-IT contract in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

Staff, formulate, and enforce work standards; create personnel schedules; review work discrepancies; and communicate Government policies, purposes, and goals to employees.

Manage and oversee delivery for products, projects, integrated solutions, and services.

Deliver contract, project, and task order with a focus on profitability, revenue growth, and financial performance.

Direct and manage projects, tasks, personnel, and other resources (internally and externally) while serving as the primary liaison among customers, employees, and corporate leadership regarding status, deliverables, performance/quality, and personnel.

Establish and maintain disciplined, mature, and continuously improving processes for all TO efforts with an emphasis on cost-efficiency, schedule, performance, responsiveness, and consistently high-quality delivery.

Use key performance parameters to monitor work performance, measure results, ensure delivery of contracted services, support management and decision-making, and facilitate communications.

Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.

Maintain process for tracking issues and action items discussed with the Government, provide timely status reporting, and incorporate lessons learned.

Identify potential cost reduction/mitigation initiatives, efficiencies, and process improvements on a continuing basis and report progress during Program Management Reviews (PMRs).

Work closely with internal organizations, including engineering, finance, contracts/subcontracts, business development, purchasing, and recruiting.

Ensure adherence to government regulatory guidance and corporate procedures across multiple programs; coordinate with customers and internal corporate resources for proper execution.

Serve as primary interface between Government customers and internal corporate resources on contractual and technical matters; responsible for briefings, program reviews, quality oversight, and overall effectiveness.

Qualifications

Active US Government Secret clearance.

US Citizenship.

10+ years of relevant experience.

Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Education Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management & Leadership, or equivalent; or Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of experience.

Salary

Minimum: $122,700

Maximum: $140,000
