Pioneer Circuits, Inc. invites qualified candidates to join our team as a Special Projects Operator. This role focuses on processing constantan Flex and Rigid Flex printed circuit boards, ensuring all work is completed per Team Lead direction, SOPs, and travel documentation.

About Pioneer Circuits Founded in 1981, Pioneer Circuits is a privately held U.S. manufacturer of high‑performance flexible circuit boards. We design, produce, and assemble advanced printed circuit board assemblies for mission‑critical aerospace and defense customers including RTX, Lockheed Martin, GE Aerospace, NASA, JPL, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing.

About the Opportunity The Special Projects Operator ensures all jobs adhere to Team Lead direction, Traveler information, process engineering, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures.

What You’ll Do

Review and become familiar with SOPs, work instructions, Team Lead direction, and Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verify prior processes were properly completed and lot quantities match.

Coordinate and oversee special projects distinct from regular operations to achieve specific objectives and address organizational challenges.

Utilize specialized skills, resources, and expertise required for successful project outcomes.

Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Sign off on the Traveler, log out in ProCIM, and move finished parts to the next scheduled process.

Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring

Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Ability to read and understand documents such as Travelers, SOPs, instructions, and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job.

Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.

Ability to remain focused with minor interruptions.

Willingness to work overtime as required.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).

PCB manufacturing experience (Preferred).

Schedule

1st Shift: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Monday to Friday.

Overtime and weekends required based on business need.

Job Type

Full‑Time / Permanent.

On‑site only.

California Pay Range: $18 USD – $20 USD.
