Precise Systems seeks a curious, resourceful problem‑solver to support our Solutions Architecture and Capture team. You'll help us find, research, and analyze new business opportunities in the government contracting space.
This is an entry‑level role with real responsibility. You'll work with data, research tools, and AI‑enabled processes to support business development efforts. This role is executed, 3 days per week, at Precise Systems Headquarters. Hybrid/Flexible Schedule authorized.
Responsibilities
Research potential opportunities using tools like GovWin, SAM.gov, and other business development databases
Compile and organize competitive intelligence
Support Solutions Architects with data collection and document preparation
Maintain and update opportunity tracking systems
Assist with proposal preparation and artifact development
Leverage AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and workflow efficiency
Required
Strong analytical and research skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets and ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities
Preferred
HS diploma or GED
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)
Experience in government contracting, business development, or market research
Background in data analysis or process improvement

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract‑specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $39,632.19 to $59,448.26 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
