Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Manager of Patient Access Services, responsible for patient scheduling, pre–registration, insurance authorization and precertification for scheduled services.
Qualifications
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Telephone experience required.
Strong computer skills.
Customer service experience required.
Insurance third party requirements.
Ability to work under pressure.
Works independently/makes decisions on own.
Can function as part of a team.
Varied shifts as needed.
