Responsibilities

Directly responsible for the operations of the store ensuring that the business is run effectively and Company initiatives are executed in a timely manner.

Manage Shipping and Receiving department, ensuring that work is processed in a timely and efficient manner.

Supervise Stock Room & Inventory, Call Center, Alterations and celebrity loans.

Control all budgets and store controllable expenses, ensuring expenses are in line with budget including collection of alterations income.

Liaise with corporate finance offices to facilitate and coordinate expense issues as they arise.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and process all bills for timely payment, ensuring proper expense allocation.

Maintain all store systems, liaise with corporate to repair, replace, and update systems in conjunction with facilities.

Develop and maintain inventory controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory, acting as liaison for store inventories with the General Manager.

Assess store’s interior and exterior, monitoring and addressing repair, presentation and safety issues.

Support all aspects of Connected retail.

Lead teams in delivering a customer‑obsessed, elevated brand experience.

Drive operational efficiencies to support selling ceremony and complete projects on time.

Primary leader of Inventory management processes (Buy back, Transfers, BOSS, MOS, BOPIS, SOTF).

Qualifications

Relevant work experience preferred.

Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.

Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; work around and with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb moderately using a ladder as trained under RL Health & Safety guidelines.

Ability to develop effective relationships, provide leadership and motivate individuals toward profitability objectives.

Strategic alignment of operational goals with those of the business.

Strong project management experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 annually
