Location note:

This position requires on‑site presence at one of our campus locations.

If you're someone who takes initiative and drives results without waiting to be told, this role is for you. This is a compelling opportunity to join one of Alpha's most recently launched campuses and leave a lasting impact from the outset. You won't simply be a team member—you'll actively shape campus culture, establish operating standards, and develop as the campus expands. At Alpha, we don't settle for the status quo. We're creating something fundamentally better for students and their families. We need someone who can assume complete ownership of both the new family enrollment experience and the operational functions that ensure smooth daily campus performance.

This isn't a typical admissions position. You won't be confined to desk work sending templated emails or drowning in administrative tasks. You'll lead impactful family tours, establish trust with prospective parents, and facilitate a smooth, individualized admissions process. Simultaneously, you'll maintain a safe, compliant campus environment that consistently welcomes students and families with professionalism.

Alpha is a K–12 independent school reimagining childhood education. We leverage adaptive technology and skilled Guides to provide personalized, mastery‑based learning that equips students for real‑world success, not merely standardized tests. In this position, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador of that mission, bringing it to life for every family entering our campus.

If you're prepared to accelerate your growth while contributing to meaningful work, we're eager to connect with you.

What You Will Be Doing

Conduct personalized, conversion‑focused family tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach.

Implement and manage proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline.

Maintain strict safety and safeguarding standards to ensure a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.

Manage comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor relationships, and repair coordination.

Leverage data analysis to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment conversion rates.

What You Won't Be Doing

Being limited to one narrow, routine administrative function or isolated department.

Operating under restrictive, detail‑level micromanagement that limits your autonomy.

Dealing with bureaucratic obstacles that impede real progress.

Spending your time solely on documentation, removed from direct interaction with students and families.

Campus Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of delivering a seamless, high‑impact admissions experience while ensuring a secure, operationally excellent campus environment, allowing Alpha to scale and fulfill its commitments to families.
