Responsibilities

Provides leadership, training, coaching, and direction to regional operations teams to support improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and processes.

Ensures cost‑effective delivery of resources and services to meet operational needs and responds with agility to evolving business priorities.

Works in partnership with leadership to provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, implementation, operation, and support of IT systems and programs meeting evolving business needs.

Develops annual operating and capital expenditure reports demonstrating the value and impact of resources used to stabilize regional operations, support training and development, and maintain cost‑effective processes.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field or equivalent work experience in operations management and process improvement preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role with oversight of field operations.

Minimum 5‑7 years overseeing compliance with annual SOX reviews with internal and external auditors preferred.

Minimum 3 years working in an operations role (e.g., residential property maintenance, property management, residential construction, etc.) and working with senior leadership to create goals and show value to projects completed.

Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organization design, and development.

Experience in budget planning and financial management for internal and external project resources.

Experience influencing senior‑level management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization preferred.

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

HVAC certification preferred.

Knowledge of data management, reporting within enterprise IT databases, compliance, automated testing, and high availability.

Strong strategic workforce planning skills, ensuring the right talent is aligned to the right roles at the right time while driving engagement and retention.

Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including REIT industry advancements and their application to digital business transformation.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate data, analytics, and complex business concepts for executive audiences.

Exceptional leadership capabilities with a focus on developing and communicating cost‑effective, scalable operational processes at a national level.

Strong results orientation with the ability to drive operational performance toward defined business goals and objectives.

Ability to build trust and credibility with business leaders while demonstrating the value of process discipline and employee empowerment.

High level of adaptability with the capacity to evaluate multiple scenarios and execute strategic solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

Compensation The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $80,155 – $100,182 annually. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Additional Compensation This position is eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.
