Stocking Team Supervisor – Walmart
We are looking for a Stocking Team Supervisor to manage unloading trucks and stocking new freight in the backroom. The supervisor must ensure efficient storage, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance, including operating forklifts and managing a small team of stocking associates.
Pay & Employment Base Pay Range:
$21.00/hr – $34.00/hr (Actual hourly rate will meet or exceed applicable minimum wage).

Responsibilities
Unload trucks and stock new freight in the backroom.
Manage a team of stocking associates, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely.
Maintain inventory accuracy, reporting discrepancies or shortages.
Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent injuries.
Communicate with other departments to coordinate stocking schedules.
