Base pay range $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr
What you’ll do:
Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side‑work tasks
Continually monitor food quality
Perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge of those shifts
Run the shift while ensuring all employees take their mandatory breaks at the appropriate time
Work all stations in the restaurant, stepping in where most needed
Assist the Manager with other duties as needed
What you’ll have:
Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift‑leader experience
Exceptional communication skills
Food‑handler and alcohol‑service training preferred
Ability to coordinate work of self and others
Ability to multi‑task
What you’ll get:
Hourly pay eligible for overtime per local laws
Tip‑sharing eligibility (up to $2/hr added pay, paid each pay period)
