Position Overview Permanent, full‑time team lead in warehouse operations.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $23.69 per hour
First Shift Schedule: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am‑7:00 pm
Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday 7:00 am‑7:00 pm
Warehouse positions pay weekly

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
One year or more experience as Team Lead preferred
One year or more Microsoft Office experience preferred
One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
Required knowledge or experience with an RF scanner
Valid forklift operator's license (certified)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective leadership skills
Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills
Proactive approach to responsibilities
Maintains composure under pressure
Adherence to health and safety methods
Bilingual (for Québec locations only) – optional
Responsibilities
Lead and ensure continuous improvement for optimal operational efficiency
Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
Allocate resources, organize, and distribute daily work duties to ensure optimal shift/team logistics
Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles
Provide orientation and tools for employees to perform their jobs
Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse
Manage day‑to‑day paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
Submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels
Perform other duties as assigned
