Job Descriptions:
Need 2 program managers – one needs change‑management experience.
Responsibilities
Lead specific IT projects that span print platform and facility operations.
Silo teams – enforcing collaborative thinking and execution.
Track status, deliverables, etc.
Define/coordinate testing – input files, print cycle, facility operations (print job mgmt., inventory mgmt., etc).
Navigate ambiguity and force actions.
Strategic – engage with solutions and participate in the definition.
Dot connector – bring clarity through visuals so broad conversations can take place.
Execution – build timeline across silo teams and provide the timeline to the program, aligning on dependencies and critical path.
Tolerance for change – enforcing the teams to do things differently can be exhausting.
