Team & Business Line Retail Alternative Funds is Citco’s key growth area and is a focus to extend our service offering into the registered fund space for our alternative asset clients. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Fund Accounting – Registered Funds team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Responsibilities
Review subscription agreements
Follow up with investors on missing documentation
Complete KYC and AML on investors
Carry out investor transfers and name changes
Maintain electronic and physical investor records
Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned
Prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts
Produce Statements, Distributions and correspondence
Update all contacts information in all systems
Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls
Qualifications
You have 2-4 years’ experience in customer service within the financial services area, preferably fund services.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Demonstrated strong client relationship experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proficient with all MS Office applications.
