What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and mentor a team of Product Specialists through sales and account management efforts

Coach and support team members with individualized plans and constructive feedback

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and enhance product offerings

Influence the market by articulating the company’s vision for AI and driving customer adoption

Manage complex sales processes, ensuring alignment across various departments

What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of successful sales leadership experience, preferably in emerging AI technologies

10+ years of experience in enterprise-level software selling

Demonstrated understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their application in marketing

Proven leadership in sophisticated sales cycles resulting in significant subscription commitments

Ability to build and nurture executive relationships and advocate for ethical AI practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in driving the adoption of AI technologies with measurable impact

Foundational knowledge of GEO and SEO in the marketing landscape

Highly collaborative with a proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment

Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing top talent
