Position Overview
Full Time Studio Lead, with growth track to Assistant Studio Manager. The Studio Lead works closely with the Studio General Manager to set the tone and model Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. As part of the leadership team, this role is vital in helping to motivate and support team members in achieving studio goals while ensuring that operations run smoothly and guests are leaving feeling better than when they arrived.
Responsibilities
Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
Administer studio tours for new guests
Answer all questions about services and the facility
Clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
Uphold the Perspire Core Values and take them to the next level with the Perspire Brookfield Core Values
Requirements
A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience
Evening and weekend availability (Thursday‑Sunday, 34–40 hours per week)
Evening shifts scheduled 12:00pm‑8:30pm; weekend shifts 7:30am‑5:30pm
Strong collaboration, organizational and prioritization skills
Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Schedule Primary evening and weekend shifts, 34–40 hours per week Thursday–Sunday.
Evening shifts: 12:00pm – 8:30pm. Weekend shifts: 7:30am – 5:30pm. Both evenings and weekends are required for this position.
