Position Overview The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in managing the team's workflow by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results, and reporting to senior management. They ensure safety and efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues.

Work Schedule 1st Shift Monday – Friday

Compensation/Benefits Attractive annual salary of $65,000 – $80,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

Key Responsibilities

Promote a safe environment for the customer's product, associates, and temporary workers.

Follow established operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling, and disposition of materials, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.

Provide 100% customer satisfaction.

Build a positive teamwork environment by listening and communicating with all associates.

Help maintain attendance and tardiness records.

Monitor daily compliance with safety procedures.

Investigate accidents and prepare reports.

Provide on-the-job coaching and training to ensure associate skills are maintained at desired levels.

Coordinate vacations, payroll, and timesheets for associates and temporary workers; address complaints and concerns related to productivity and quality of work.

Oversee Warehouse Associates.

Maintain proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the food-grade warehouse.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with some college-level study.

2+ years of experience in a supervisory warehousing role.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred).

Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking is a plus.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suites or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Inventory experience is a plus.

Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience is a plus.
