Job Description We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead and manage our commercial plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbing crews on commercial projects.
Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and building codes.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor junior plumbing staff.
Manage materials and equipment, ensuring they are available and used efficiently.
Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and any issues encountered.
Requirements
Journeyman certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
