Job Summary Collaborate with various insurance carriers to gather agent debt, placement and persistency data. Translate data into accurate and easy to understand reports to be shared with partners, coordinators and management. Use reports to identify agent areas of improvement and communicate to appropriate parties. Respond, process and properly document email and phone requests.

What You Will Do

Work closely with carriers, partners, coordinators and management to understand needs and format reports appropriately

Translate data into accurate and easy to understand specifications for partners, coordinators and management

Present and communicate reports to partners, coordinators and management

Present and communicate improvement suggestions to partners, coordinators, and management

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data used to prepare functional reports

Respond, process and properly document email and phone requests in CRM

Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation

Skills

Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with partners, coordinators, staff and management

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

Hardworking and enthusiastic personality

Must be proficient in Excel

Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

Qualifications

Working knowledge of basic insurance practices

High School diploma is required, some College Education preferred

Reliable transportation to and from the office

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and ability to navigate CRMs

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
