We are looking for enthusiastic Team Leaders to join Carrols Corporation’s Burger King franchise stores. As a Team Leader, you will guide a fast‑paced team that serves high quality burgers and delivers outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
Serve our sizzling burgers and beverages to hungry customers. Welcome customers, take accurate orders, and process payments at the cash register. Maintain a clean dining area, kitchen, and restrooms to meet safety and health standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure guests are satisfied and restaurant operations run smoothly. Handle customer questions or concerns and resolve issues as needed. Qualifications and Physical Requirements
Must be at least 16 years old. Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team. Physically able to stand for several hours, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and perform manual dexterity tasks such as pressing and grabbing. Capable of communicating clearly, reading, and bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching frequently. Benefits
