Program Manager – Spectra-Strip Location: Valley Green, PA

Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent programs requiring global coordination, define program scope, and develop program objectives.

Provide communication interface to internal and external customers for program status, schedule, and requirements.

Report regular status updates to engineering leadership and project/program teams across multiple sites.

Schedule and manage internal team meetings to address action items and keep programs on schedule.

Manage internal and external suppliers for on‑time completion of actions.

Communicate resource requirements to management to keep projects on schedule.

Ensure product specifications and project scope align with market/customer needs and drive product/process development.

Make decisions to accelerate the process.

Apply design for manufacturability (DFM) principles during product development.

Set up systems for ordering and manufacturing of products.

Identify, manage, and mitigate risks using risk reduction tools to maintain project objectives and schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering‑related field (electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering); master’s preferred.

3+ years of relevant engineering experience.

7+ years of direct project/program management experience.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical product drawings.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various levels of management.

Ability to manage customer communication and expectations.

Problem‑solving skills for practical problems with limited standardization.

Proficiency with project management software (Smartsheets, MS Project).

Proficiency with spreadsheet (Excel), word processing (Word), and presentation (PowerPoint) software.

Capability to travel at least 10% domestically and internationally (e.g., China).

PMP certification a plus.
