This role is centered around project management and client communication. You’ll be the connective tissue between our clients and internal team, making sure information flows clearly, timelines stay on track, and no one feels confused or left in the dark. You’ll help bring structure, systems, and calm to our creative process so great work can actually get finished— well and on time. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our internal creative, strategy, and development teams Coordinate and manage the day-to-day workflow of all client projects Build, maintain, and communicate clear project timelines and deliverables Lead weekly production meetings to track progress, clarify priorities, and remove roadblocks Audit current workflows to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies Maintain and refine internal processes including client intake, scoping, handoffs, and approvals Own and manage our project management platform, including structure, setup, and ongoing maintenance Ensure every handoff—internal and client-facing is smooth, clear, and timely Support leadership with visibility into project risks, opportunities, and process improvements Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets expectations before it goes out the door Thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy creating structure and flow Love organizing details, timelines, and accountability without micromanaging Work independently and stay focused without needing constant direction Communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently—both written and verbal Understand how creative teams work and can turn big ideas into actionable steps Appreciate systems and processes, but can adapt when things shift (because they will) REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field preferred—or equivalent professional experience 2+ years managing timelines and deliverables in an agency, studio, or marketing environment Confident using project management tools Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects at once Familiar with the flow of creative or marketing work (even if you’re not the one creating it) Strong communicator—open, respectful, proactive, and clear Bonus points if you have experience with: Agency operations or systems management Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at UpFrame Creative by 2x Get notified about new Project Manager jobs in
