Role Description
The Coffee Shops Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer experiences at Mission Point Resort’s coffee shops. This is a seasonal, on‑site role located on Mackinac Island, MI. Key responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a welcoming environment. The manager will also handle customer interactions and work to continuously improve service delivery.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with team members and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Experience in Operations Management and Store Management, including overseeing staff, inventory, and quality standards.
Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience through attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus.
Adaptability and problem‑solving skills to address challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Salary
Range: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 (2 weeks ago). Location: Mackinac Island, MI.
