Compensation:

$50,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience) + Performance-Based Bonuses

Position Overview We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Behavioral Health to support referral growth and community engagement across Salt Lake County, with additional outreach in Davis County and Utah County.

You will serve as a key representative of Aviation ABA Therapy in the community, working closely with healthcare providers, schools, and advocacy partners to connect families with timely access to in-home and clinic-based ABA services.

Key Responsibilities

Referral Development & Relationship Management

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including:

Diagnosing psychologists, neurologists, pediatricians, and other medical providers

Schools, preschools, and daycares

Case managers, Medicaid care coordinators, and patient advocacy organizations

Community Outreach & Business Development

Conduct in-person outreach visits, presentations, and community events

Identify new partnership opportunities and referral channels

Educate partners on Aviation ABA Therapy’s services, intake process, and care model

Strategy, Tracking & Collaboration

Track outreach activity, referral trends, and lead progression

Collaborate with leadership on local growth initiatives

Coordinate closely with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding for families

Brand Representation

Represent Aviation ABA Therapy with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

Communicate clearly and compassionately with referral partners and community stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Social Work, or related field)

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services outreach or business development preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team

Goal-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally across assigned counties
