District Coordinator – parolee monitoring and management
A full-time District Coordinator position is available with Liberty Healthcare and the Indiana Sex Offender Management and Monitoring Program.
The mission of the Indiana Sex Offender Management and Monitoring Program is to promote public safety by reducing recidivism in convicted adult and adjudicated juvenile sexual offenders.
As a District Coordinator with Liberty, you will have the opportunity to impact community safety and support people following their incarceration. Your day‑to‑day work will involve monitoring and managing paroled adult sex offenders in the community.
Specific Responsibilities Will Include
Assisting parolees in their transition from incarceration to parole
Linking parolees to various resources in the community
Monitoring parolee activity and evaluating risk factors
Making recommendations to optimize community safety and parolee success
Coordinating behavioral health treatment and polygraph services
Ensuring parolees are compliant with treatment and other requirements
Collaborating with parole agents, treatment providers, polygraph examiners, and other professionals
Actively participating in various meetings
Utilizing databases and producing reports
You will have the opportunity to work from your home office and will be required to travel throughout Parole District 1 and the southern part of Parole District 8. Travel is estimated at 40 %.

You are a good fit for this position if you have case management or similar experience with people who have behavioral health needs and are also justice involved. Relevant experience managing and monitoring sexual offenders who are on parole or probation is preferred. A college degree is required.
Residency in Indiana is required and you should be willing to travel throughout the region and use your own vehicle to do so.
