As Project Manager/Developer Sr., you lead project teams through the early stages of oil and gas facility development—from concept to sanction. You work closely with operations, stakeholders, and vendors to develop and execute project strategies. You also guide projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to transition into execution.

Responsibilities/Expectations
Leads development and preparation of projects through project life cycle from initiation to sanctioning and transition to execution
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop facility scopes, estimates, rates, and schedules to meet customer requirements
Develops project charters including cost estimates, contracting strategies, and engineering designs
Analyzes project-specific flow studies and assumptions
Demonstrates entrepreneurial thinking that drives business value and customer satisfaction
Presents recommendations that support reliability and reduce risk
Understands economic drivers and customer needs and incorporates them into pipeline/facility options
Prepares, reviews, and approves RFPs, evaluations, and contractor selection coordinates key functions with technical resources under the guidance of Project Life Cycle
Develops and maintains project reports, presentations, schedules, and cost forecasts
Leads project teams and contractors; accountable for results and meeting deadlines
Handles moderate to large-scale projects with high quality and stakeholder focus

Education/Years of Experience
Required: Bachelor's Degree; a minimum 10 years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management and Master’s degree in business, project management or engineering management; Project Management Certification (PMP), Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements
Must be willing to travel up to 20%

Demonstrates strong organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred: Hydraulic modeling experience
Preferred: Knowledge of economic models
Preferred: Experience in pipeline and facility design engineering and construction
Preferred: Familiarity with industry regulatory practices and permitting requirements
