What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist Project Managers in maintaining up-to-date project plans and capturing lessons learned
Manage third-party project stakeholder technology access and oversee Kahua and SharePoint sites
Provide regular status reporting on project deliverables and assist with stakeholder onboarding
Organize and participate in project meetings, taking notes and managing action item lists
Support project close-out processes and ensure completion of necessary deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of five years of experience managing or assisting project managers on projects
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including SharePoint development and Power BI
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Customer service-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency to drive projects
Ability to travel cross-border between the US and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in project coordination within the energy or utilities sector
Familiarity with project management software and tools
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a role requiring teamwork and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
