Wound Care Nurse
who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose of this role is to maintain skin integrity, administer physician-prescribed treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards.

Qualifications
Valid Texas Nurse License.
Valid CPR Certification.
Minimum of one year of experience in a wound care capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
Must possess knowledge of long‑term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
