Join our team as a Branch Supervisor at IHMVCU in Silvis, Illinois. We seek a professional who builds strong member relationships and leads a dedicated team.
Location & Travel Based at the Silvis, Illinois branch; regional travel to other locations may be required.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance, business or related field is a plus.
Prior leadership within a financial institution, customer service or retail environment preferred.
Strong history of proven relationship building performance.
Exceptional member service, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Professional interpersonal communications and ability to motivate and coach the team.
Reliable, dependable and responsible in all situations.
Responsibilities
Ensure smooth branch operations: vault/cash drawer balancing, coin counter, cash advance machines, check scanner, debit card machine, etc.
Develop universal tellers and keep them informed about policies, procedures and other relevant topics.
Provide consistent one‑on‑one coaching, observation and motivation to the team.
Manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Maintain bank cash and equipment handling to compliance standards.
Compensation & Start Date Pay range: $18.00–$22.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills and other factors. Anticipated start date is January 26, 2026.
