Base Pay Range: $23.00/hr – $36.00/hr
Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and optional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Job Overview: Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
