Project Manager - Evening Shift (Plano, TX) Our client is a leading professional services firm that specializes in real estate and investment management. We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Plano, TX. The schedule is 6 pm - 2 am, M-F.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate non-IT projects across areas such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product rollouts

Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans, setting goals, and directing the integration of technical activities

Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders

Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members as needed

Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of staff competence

Analyze technology, resource requirements, and market demand to assess project feasibility

Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field

PMI or PMP certification preferred

0–2 years of relevant project management experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management

Understanding of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods

Basic proficiency with computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
