Field Administrator – Full‑time
Location: Charleston, SC

What would you do as a Field Administrator:
Processing certified payroll
Managing project vendors
Coordinating meetings
Maintaining project document control
Handling sensitive information and interacting with multiple stakeholders
Would you be a great Field Administrator?
At least two years of experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet navigation.
Preferred familiarity with Oracle software and experience in accounting or certified payroll.
Construction industry experience desirable.
Ability to adapt quickly to new software and tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
