The Assistant Manager will aid the General Manager in the oversight of club operations to ensure an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience. The Assistant Manager will be accountable for leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development.

Responsibilities
Have a passion for delivering a consistent and exceptional experience to members, guests, and fellow team members.
Organize shift schedules for team members.
Assist in the coordination and hiring of team members.
Train new or current team members on club tasks.
Comfortably manage conflicts.
Delegate responsibilities to club staff and enforce all PF policies and procedures.
Supervise team member performance and share feedback with General Manager, upper management, and staff.
Manage inventory system for club operations.
Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals.
Coach and counsel team members through disciplinary processes up to termination.
