The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG)

is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Research Analyst who independently performs operations research and analytical modeling in support of readiness, logistics, and sustainment objectives.

Location: Onsite at NAS Patuxent River, MD

Hours: 08:00 to 16:30, Monday – Friday. Some supported government offices start as early as 06:00/06:30 and end as late as 18:00, Monday – Friday

Clearance: Ability to successfully obtain a NACI

Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Employment Type: Full-Time

Client: U.S. Navy, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC)

This role is pending contract award

Key Responsibilities

Apply optimization, simulation, and statistical methods

Analyze maintenance, supply chain, operational, and cost data

Develop analytical models, simulations, and dashboards

Support readiness assessments and COA development

Technology & Systems Familiarity

Readiness dashboards, modeling tools, and enterprise data warehouses

Required Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports.

Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Ability to work onsite at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
