We’re seeking a future team member for the role of

Senior Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer

to join our

Treasury Services Platform Ops

team. This role is located in

Pittsburgh, PA .

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Performs complex duties and projects related to cash processing and fund transfers.

May work across multiple geographies and currencies to influence teams and cover market activities.

Ensures cash processing and fund transfer policies and procedures are followed.

Leads working sessions and research in order to determine best practices within cash processing and even general operations in a given market.

Works directly with clients in order to resolve queries and/or to define solutions.

Interacts with traders to ensure appropriate liquidity levels are available and monitors transaction risks for both the bank and for clients.

No direct reports but may provide guidance to less experienced team members.

May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.

Contributes to the achievement of team goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

5-7 years of total work experience preferred.

Experience in financial services operations preferred.
