We are searching for a highly motivated automation professional to join our regional Aseptic Engineering Team. This role requires a subject‑matter expert in Electrical & Automation (E&A) engineering who brings proven plant‑floor experience to a strategic corporate role with excellent growth prospects. Your deep understanding of automation systems and industry best practices will allow you to lead and serve as a strategic engineering resource for multiple site‑specific E&A teams. Key Responsibilities

Build Engineering Capability

Ensure key E&A personnel managing, operating and maintaining equipment and infrastructure are competent, safe and efficient. Oversee competency assessment and development plans, support factories in defining the right E&A team structure, coach junior and senior engineers through onboarding and reviews, and deliver technical trainings. Deliver Process Improvements

Apply Process Mastership and problem‑solving methodologies to help factories identify and deliver quality, safety or efficiency improvements while protecting competitive advantage. Operate and Maintain

Provide detailed insight on each factory’s strategy, KPIs and gaps to support maintenance strategy, tools and methodologies. Ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical systems, instrumentation, process and supervisory control, MES, and drive digital technology implementation. Manage Risk and Compliance

Work with factories to ensure all E&A installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety and quality standards. Keep key E&A documentation current and manage modifications through a Management of Change process. Drive Sustainability

Participate in sustainability objectives, define priorities, and operationalize strategies to generate energy and water savings. Track and report results from all improvement projects, including non‑sustainability initiatives. Manage Asset Portfolio

Establish a strategy that anticipates asset end‑of‑life, obsolescence and replacement while maintaining performance and cost competitiveness. Ensure timely stakeholder awareness for capital planning. Excel in Industrialization

Support strategic capital investment projects and guide other market projects involving E&A, ensuring solutions meet corporate and market standards and are delivered on time, on budget and with expected quality. Lead Technical Expertise

Provide expert guidance, stay up to date on emerging technologies, and apply knowledge to drive innovation. Prepare technical documentation, reports and presentations on electrical and automation engineering projects and performance. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent Graduate degree is a plus Professional Engineer license (P.E.) is a plus Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is a plus Minimum 8 years’ experience in E&A Enthusiastic to work in Food & Beverages or other CPG industry Knowledge of electrical distribution systems (low, medium, high voltage) Knowledge of local electrical codes and standards Excellent knowledge of instrumentation and calibration processes Proficient in automation systems (HMI, PLC, industrial networks); preference for Rockwell & Wonderware/Aveva, knowledge of Siemens, B&R beneficial Knowledge of MES deployment Knowledge of food processing operations and technology Knowledge of food safety and hygienic engineering Experience in managing/direct supervision of technical teams Experience using CMMS Experience delivering technical trainings Experience in project management, including engineering projects and start‑ups of equipment or production lines Proven troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills Proactive thinking Self‑management following defined KPIs and proactive tracking Equal Employment Opportunity
