Waters Edge Lodge and Elders Inn are currently seeking a PM Shift Medication Nurse to join our esteemed Nursing Team.
Compensation: $32.75 per hour, paid bi-weekly
Role Description The Medication Nurse plays a crucial role in wound care, diabetic management, and medication management. This is a full-time position working a 4-on, 2-off rotation on the PM Shift (2:30pm-11:00pm). We are combining two part-time positions to make a single, full-time position.
Responsibilities
Monitor care plans
Provide wound care
Manage diabetic care
Administer medications
Supervise overall care
Requirements
Current, valid CA nursing license
Minimum of 12 months experience or equivalent education in the healthcare field
Ability to communicate clearly with elderly residents
Ability to work compassionately with individuals with cognitive impairments
