Float Inpatient Clinical Supervisor – Lead with Care, Serve with Compassion Are you a skilled and compassionate clinician who thrives in both leadership and hands‑on care? We’re seeking a
Float InpatientClinical Supervisor
who is ready to make a difference—both at the bedside and in shaping a high‑performing team.
In this dynamic role, you will:
Provide direct, hands‑on patient care , ensuring safe, high‑quality treatment while leading by example.
Coordinate daily clinical operations , helping the unit run smoothly and efficiently.
Support and guide clinical staff , holding team members accountable to the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Interpret and communicate
policies and procedures clearly to staff, patients, and families.
Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and safety , promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing (Required)
Experience Qualifications
Minimum 2 years nursing experience including one year experience in pediatric nursing (Required)
Previous supervisory or lead experience (Preferred)
Skills and Abilities
Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without loss of efficiency or composure, and be able to perform under stressful conditions when confronted with multiple requests, demonstrating prioritizing skills.
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure (Current and valid Nebraska RN license/RN Compact license Upon Hire) (Required)
BLS - Basic Life Support (Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association Upon Hire) (Required)
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Current and valid certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 Days) (Required)
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Current and valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required (ED and CCU only) within 180 Days) (Required)
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation (Current and valid certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) required (NICU only). Upon Hire) (Required)
