Responsibilities and Requirements
Valid RN License in the state of MA
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long‑term care setting, preferred
Clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics desired
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care
Great interpersonal skills for effective daily interaction with residents, family members and all members of the interdisciplinary team
Knowledge in PPS assessment as well as OBRA compliance
Self‑starter with high attention to accuracy and details and good time‑management skills
Ability to make independent decisions and follow through with limited supervision
At least 1 year of MDS/MMQ coordinator experience
