About The Team As a Sr. Manager, Product on the Associate Experience team, you will be at the forefront of defining and delivering the world‑class mobile platform that empowers over 70,000 Capital One associates to do their best work every day. Your mission is to evolve our mobile ecosystem from a collection of devices into a secure, cohesive platform for productivity and innovation.
In this mobile‑focused role, you will partner closely with teams in Cyber Security, Technology, and Experience Design to shape and execute the product roadmap. Taking a data‑driven and user‑centric lens, you will bring deep empathy to understand the challenges and opportunities our associates face. You will be responsible for weaving together best‑in‑class hardware and software to create a mobile experience that is both powerful and secure.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the mobile technology landscape and deeply empathizes with user needs. You are skilled at unlocking product insights through a deep understanding of the customer journey and can translate that data into a compelling strategy that earns buy‑in from engineers, designers, and senior leaders alike. Your expertise will be integral to driving technology innovation and delivering a seamless, world‑class mobile platform for every Capital One associate.

Basic Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

Compensation The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based on the agreed number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
McLean, VA: $193,000 - $220,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
New York, NY: $210,500 - $240,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $175,500 - $200,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
