About Haven Energy Haven is on a mission to accelerate the clean energy transition by deploying and aggregating solar plus battery storage systems. Through partnerships with utilities, EPCs, non‑profits, and government agencies, we install distributed energy resources (DERs) at residential and small commercial sites to build virtual power plants (VPPs) at scale. We operate two business units, Direct and Channel, that address the needs of our partners and end consumers. We’re building a team of passionate, pragmatic problem‑solvers committed to making clean energy simple, equitable, and reliable for everyone.

About the Role Haven Energy seeks a highly organized, strategic, and relationship‑oriented supply chain leader to oversee procurement, logistics, vendor strategy, and partner management across our rapidly expanding solar and storage operations. This role blends hands‑on execution with strategic program development, covering everything from sourcing hardware to building the installer and distribution networks that support customers from site survey through installation and inspection. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Digital, and Channel teams to ensure Haven has the right partners, materials, and delivery systems in place on time, at the right cost, and with exceptional reliability.

What You’ll Do Supply Chain & Procurement Ownership

Lead sourcing, purchasing, forecasting, and delivery coordination for solar and battery equipment across Haven’s project portfolio.

Develop and manage inventory practices that support just‑in‑time delivery and distributed field operations.

Maintain clear reporting on pricing, spend, fulfillment, delivery performance, and supplier service levels.

Develop strategies and tactics to drive down hardware and labor costs over time, working with finance and operations teams to implement cost savings strategies.

Vendor Strategy & Ecosystem Development

Design and execute Haven’s vendor strategy, including recruitment, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing lifecycle metrics management of installation contractors, logistics providers, and service vendors.

Build onboarding frameworks and performance standards that support vendors from site survey through inspection, ensuring consistent quality and operational excellence.

Partner closely with Field Operations and CX to standardize workflows and provide vendor support and training as the network grows.

Distribution Partner Management

Manage distribution relationships across regions, ensuring equipment availability, allocation, drop‑ship accuracy, and delivery timeliness.

Develop scalable processes with distributors for inventory planning, shipment troubleshooting, and cost optimization.

Strategic Supply Chain Development

Collaborate with leadership to build Haven’s long‑term supply chain architecture, systems, and policies.

Drive component standardization (modules, inverters, batteries, BOS) and ensure alignment with design, pricing, and field readiness.

Identify risks, constraints, and operational inefficiencies, recommending improvements that increase reliability and reduce cost across the supply chain.

Contracting, Negotiation & Compliance

Lead negotiations with OEMs, distributors, logistics partners, and installation vendors to secure favorable pricing, availability, and terms.

Support ITC procurement strategy, including FEOC compliance, domestic content documentation, and start‑of‑construction requirements.

Team & Organizational Development

Help onboard and mentor future supply chain and vendor‑management hires as Haven scales.

Champion cross‑functional collaboration and foster a culture of operational excellence.
