POSITION SUMMARY Aleut is seeking a Program Manager to lead multiple tasks and develop a robust growth portfolio supporting Aleut Federal’s Technology Services Group (TSG). This position will manage contract support to multiple government customer tasks, including contract funding execution; team and personnel management; local training and onboarding; interviewing candidates and advising on potential hires; working with and presenting status to government offices and Aleut leadership; managing deliverables and reports; ensuring the management and accomplishment of Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks; assisting the Contract Officer Representative (COR) as required; collecting and analyzing program data and performance; recognizing deficiencies, determining root cause, and implementing improvements. This position will also develop a pipeline for the strategic growth of Aleut Federal lines of business.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Leadership, management, problem solving, planning

Oversee contract execution, program management, budget, and operations of assigned projects

Ensure all contractor personnel under authority comply with required training mandated by the customer and Aleut Federal

Manage a portfolio of projects and control deadlines, budgets and activities

Manage personnel and organizational structure to accomplish the mission and tasks

Communicate with government stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding project issues and decisions

Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout project lifecycles

Develop a growth pipeline for Aleut Federal’s TSG by identifying opportunities, performing capture activities, developing proposals, and delivering new work upon award

Additional duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work on-site at Aleut Federal’s Colorado Springs corporate facility is primary, with some telework authorized.

Primarily indoor office conditions. Potential for some outdoor field operating conditions during all seasons when supervising contract execution on site.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods.

Must be able to perform repetitive keyboard tasks and associated motions for prolonged periods.

Must be able to carry up to 25 pounds.

SALARY RANGE

$130,000 – $140,000 (annual) depending on qualifications

REQUIREMENTS Education

Master’s Degree from an accredited institution Preferred:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience

10 years’ experience in management and operations within DoD/USG Preferred:

Acquisitions background

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Demonstrated ability to lead and support cross-functional teams across DoD

Exceptional communicator (written and verbal) capable of facilitating, briefing, speaking, and writing compelling papers/products

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)

Security Clearance

Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required
